Hall’s 35 year retrospective will be at the Palm Springs Art Museum, May 24 - Sept. 14, 2008. $1000 cash awards. Open to all artists over the age of 18, working in fine art media, who can hand deliver artwork. 2-D and 3-D. 2-D max. 48”h x 36”w,.
